RiseRank is a rapidly growing company within the Blackfish group, helping businesses strengthen their local visibility on platforms such as Google, Apple, and Bing. We started in Stockholm and have quickly expanded to both Gothenburg and Malmö. Now, we are preparing for our next major step: international expansion.

To continue our growth, we are looking for a Business Systems & CRM Specialist who wants to take overall responsibility for our internal systems, CRM structure, automations, dashboards, and data-driven processes.

This is a key role for you who enjoy creating order, building smart systems, and optimizing operations through technology. You will work closely with the founders and have significant authority to influence how RiseRank builds a modern, AI-driven, and scalable organization.

As a Business Systems & CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our internal system workflows. You will ensure that the right data is in the right place, build dashboards that provide the business with insights, and develop automations that save time and improve quality.

You will become the hub between sales, marketing, Customer Success, and management regarding CRM, reporting, system development, and internal processes.

• Has experience working with CRM systems
• Has built dashboards and reports
• Has worked with automations and system workflows
• Has an understanding of APIs and integrations
• Is quick to learn new systems and digital tools
• Is analytical, data-driven, and structured
• Enjoys optimizing processes and creating smart workflows
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where things happen fast

• Experience implementing or further developing CRM systems
• Experience building dashboards and reports in tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of AI and experience using AI tools to streamline workflows, analysis, reporting, and internal processes
• Experience with KPI tracking, analysis, and business reporting
• Understanding of how digital customer journeys and internal processes are interconnected
