About the RoleYou will step into a crucial change journey where an actor in the insurance sector wants to modernize its Purchase to Pay process, with a particular focus on the vendor invoice flow. A needs analysis has already been conducted, and the focus now is on turning insights into concrete changes that simplify working methods, standardize processes, increase automation, and strengthen data quality.
As Epic Owner, you take overall responsibility for driving the Vendor Invoice Process 2.0 from target vision to implemented change. You work at the interface between business, process, organization, and systems, collaborating closely with Finance Systems and other central functions. The environment is characterized by high demands for internal control, regulatory compliance, and clear responsibilities, making this role particularly interesting for you who thrive in complex operations where change needs to be sustainable in reality.
You will become a key person in developing both working methods and system support, in an environment where Rillion Prime and Workday are part of the current solution. This is a role for you who want to combine strategic responsibility with real execution and have clear influence over how a central financial process functions moving forward.
Responsibilities- You lead and coordinate the work within the epic and drive it from an established target vision to implemented change.
- You ensure that initiatives move forward in line with business goals and that dependencies between process, organization, and systems are managed.
- You drive development within process and working methods, roles and responsibilities, automation, and data quality.
- You are responsible for change management and create anchoring, clear communication, and compliance within the organization.
- You drive work related to system support, including analysis of the current solution as well as potential development or replacement of existing system support.
- You establish structure for follow-up, effect goals, and key performance indicators to create clear steering and measurable impact.
- You collaborate closely with functions within Accounting and Reporting, Purchasing, IT, Systems, architecture, as well as external parties.
- Experience as Epic Owner, Program Lead, or similar.
- Experience within Purchase to Pay (P2P).
- Experience with system implementation or system replacement within ERP or P2P.
- Documented experience in driving change management in larger organizations.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
- Experience working in agile frameworks, such as SAFe.
- Experience from organizations with high demands on documentation, regulatory compliance, as well as risk and compliance.
- Understanding of financial flows, internal control, and regulations.
