You should have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, although we place great emphasis on personality.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior IT Technician, you focus on providing support and ensuring that the workplace technology functions correctly. You work closely with users and learn how a professional IT environment is maintained. Typical responsibilities include:

• Installation and configuration of workstations You help install computers, printers, phones, and other equipment, ensuring everything works and is connected to the network.

• Troubleshooting and user support When colleagues encounter technical issues, you help find solutions – either on-site or via remote support. You learn to work methodically and confidently, even in stressful situations.

• Updates and basic security You ensure devices are updated with the correct software and security patches. We show you how to work according to the company's IT security procedures.

• Support and service You are a friendly face providing technical help and guiding users in a simple and pedagogical manner.

• Documentation You help document installations, equipment, and cases so we always have a clear overview of the IT environment.

• Learning and development You actively participate in improvement work and receive support to grow in your role and take on more responsibility over time.

Qualifications:

• Education in IT/technology, or 1–2 years of practical experience in IT support or similar
• Interest in technology, problem-solving, and helping others
• Communicative and service-oriented – you enjoy talking to users and can explain technology in a simple way
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networks
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)
