You will step into a technical project within radio spectrum analysis in a complex environment where clear requirements, good structure, and steady progress are crucial. Here, you combine requirements analysis with operational project management and become a key link between operations, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

The focus is on capturing the business's needs, clarifying requirements, and producing a traceable and quality-assured requirements picture that can be used as a basis for procurement, implementation, testing, and rollout. At the same time, you drive the project forward through planning, coordination, monitoring, and decision support. You will work closely with both business issues and technical deliveries in an assignment where you can influence structure, priorities, and execution.

• You plan, lead, and participate in workshops with operations and suppliers to capture needs and clarify requirements.
• You drive the requirements work forward and ensure traceability between requirements, solution, and testing.
• You produce and quality-assure documentation for procurement, implementation, testing, and rollout.
• You lead the project's planning, steering, and monitoring in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• You are responsible for reporting and decision support for the steering group and management.
• You ensure that project reports and risk analyses are produced and kept up to date.
• You handle dependencies, priorities, risks, and stakeholder dialogue to create progress.
• You coordinate operations, IT, development teams, and external suppliers throughout the execution.
• You follow the work through testing, commissioning, launch, and a sustainable handover to administration.

• At least 8 years of documented experience in requirements analysis and solution work in complex operations.
• At least 2 years of documented experience in project management of complex business or IT projects.
• Experience from at least 2 completed projects where you were responsible for coordination and communication between operations and IT within a government agency or state-owned company.
• Documented experience in project management according to XLPM or a corresponding project model.
• Documented experience in independently planning and conducting requirements analysis as well as coordinating requirements and testing activities in projects or administration assignments.
• Documented experience in testing, commissioning, and handover to administration.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• You must be able to undergo drug testing.

• Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI solutions or AI-related projects within IT.
• At least 1 year of documented experience in requirements analysis and solution work related to procurement.
