About the role

As a System Developer within Dynamics 365 at JM, you step into a central system area where the CRM platform plays a key role in the entire customer journey – from market processing and sales to after-sales and customer dialogue.

The role involves working with the development, further development, and maintenance of the platform in close collaboration with the business and other IT functions. The work takes place in a modern Microsoft environment where Dynamics 365 is combined with .NET and Azure components, with a focus on creating long-term sustainable and business-oriented solutions.

The work spans the entire lifecycle – from analysis and design to implementation, maintenance, and further development – where the role contributes to both stable operations and the development of new features and technical decisions. Concurrently, the organization continuously works on further developing both the platform and working methods, including increased focus on integrations and exploring new technologies such as generative AI in the development process.

The role also offers the opportunity to take on greater technical responsibility over time and develop towards a more architect-oriented role, in close collaboration with product owners, business-oriented application specialists, and other developers in a cross-functional team.

Examples of tasks included in the role:

  • Participate in sprint-based development with both new development and maintenance
  • Analyze, design, and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 using C#/.NET and Dynamics SDK
  • Configure and customize CRM functionality
  • Work with integrations via REST APIs in collaboration with the integration function
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and handle bugs and incidents
  • Participate in technical design and decision-making related to platform development
  • Work with security and access rights issues in CRM
  • Contribute to documentation, structure, and knowledge sharing in the team
  • Support junior colleagues as needed

Your profile

To succeed in the role, we are looking for you who:

  • Have experience with .NET development in production environments
  • Have practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Have experience with Dynamics SDK and a good understanding of data models and security models
  • Have experience with integrations via APIs and working with integration solutions
  • Have experience with Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) and working with integration or cloud-based solutions in Azure
  • Have experience with agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Have the ability to work with both new development and maintenance in parallel

Meritorious: Experience with Azure services, CI/CD and DevOps, containerization or Kubernetes, work with CRM security or governance, experience with development using AI tools, and experience from larger organizations with complex system landscapes.
