As a Network Technician, you will work with ongoing operations, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. You will become part of a team of skilled and engaged network technicians with various specialized competencies, and there are good opportunities for further development and broadening your skills.
We continuously work on developing our work processes and value that you have a high adaptability to change as well as a willingness to share your expertise and knowledge with others.
Your tasks will include incident management, installation and configuration of communication equipment, as well as documentation of both completed work and routines related to the operations organization.
You likely have:
- Experience with the operation of TCP/IP-based (W)LAN/WAN and WiFi networks.
- Experience managing routing, switching, and (W)LAN services.
- Good knowledge of network products from vendors such as Cisco, Nexus, HPE, Aruba, and Infoblox.
- Experience documenting according to established routines.
- Good knowledge of the following protocols and services: IP, TCP, WAN, LAN, BGP, QoS, OSPF, HSRP, VXLAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, and Multicast.
- Relevant education and/or certifications related to networking.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

- Structured – able to plan and organize your work in a careful and structured manner.
