At Infinity IT Consulting, we are looking for experienced AI developers who want to work as consultants on exciting projects for our clients. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and further develop modern AI solutions in varied projects where your skills make a real difference.

As an AI developer, you will work closely with both business operations and development teams to create intelligent solutions that streamline processes and create business value. The assignments vary depending on the client and can range from generative AI and RAG solutions to the development, integration, and deployment of AI models in both cloud-based and local environments.

You will play a central role in translating business needs into technical solutions and contribute your expertise throughout the entire development process – from idea and design to implementation and maintenance.

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions for our clients.

• Develop and optimize AI and machine learning models with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.

• Build and further develop solutions based on generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Deploy, monitor, and further develop AI solutions in production environments.

• Translate business needs into technical solution proposals and provide technical advice.

• Integrate AI services with existing systems and platforms.

• Contribute to the development of modern AI architectures and working methods.

• Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and other interested parties throughout the delivery process.

• Has at least 3–5 years of experience in professional software development.

• Has practical experience in AI development and machine learning.

• Has experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and generative AI solutions.

• Has very good skills in Python.

• Has experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based AI services.

• Has a good understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern development environments.

• Is accustomed to working in agile environments.

• Is analytical, solution-oriented, and thrives in complex technical environments.

• Has strong communication skills and can collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server/client.

• Experience with MLOps and deployment of AI solutions.

• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, or similar platforms.

• University degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, mathematics, or equivalent.

• Certifications in AI, Azure, or cloud technology.
