We are looking for several experienced SAP consultants who want to drive some of the most extensive SAP S/4HANA transformations in the Nordics within the energy and industrial sectors.

We are seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM)
• SAP CRM and Customer Engagement
• SAP Document Management (DMS)
• SAP S/4HANA Migration
• SAP Utilities / IS-U
• Integration solutions and SAP-related system landscapes

In these assignments, you will work closely with business operations, project management, development teams, and external vendors to analyze business needs, design solutions, configure systems, support migrations, and ensure successful testing and go-lives.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the assignment, you may:

• Be responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Gather and detail business requirements and create functional specifications
• Perform configuration in areas such as EAM/PM, CRM, DMS, or Utilities
• Participate in or lead migration, testing, and go-live activities
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend solutions based on SAP best practices
• Ensure integrations between SAP and surrounding systems
• Create documentation, blueprints, and process descriptions
• Support business users and key users through training and workshops
• Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and other functional teams

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a functional SAP consultant or specialist
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation projects
• In-depth expertise in one of the following areas: PM/EAM, CRM, DMS, or Utilities
• Experience in requirements management, solution design, and configuration
• Good understanding of integrations between SAP modules and external systems
• Experience in test management, migration, cutover, or go-live activities
• Strong communication skills with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP IS-U and Utilities experience
• SAP Fiori
• SAP BTP Integration Suite
• OData, IDoc, and other integration frameworks
• SAP ECTR, SAP PLM Cloud, or Doxis4
• Microsoft Azure DevOps
• ABAP, CDS, or RAP
• Experience from energy, nuclear power, or other asset-intensive industries
