Our client is looking for an AI Developer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is motivated by working in complex environments. The ideal candidate will bring high independence, adaptability, and teamwork spirit to the role, as well as a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving meaningful change.

This is a 12-month consulting assignment.

Location: Solna.

Remote work: Yes, in a hybrid model agreed upon with the team leader and direct manager.

Travel as part of the assignment may be required.

Job Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI systems.
• Finetune and optimize ML models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor ML models, ensuring reliability and responsible AI.
• Provide business consulting by translating business needs into solution design.

Requirements

• Experience with AI, including designing, building, and deploying AI systems.
• Experience with RASA.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Azure.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure.
• Agile methodology and Working Way of Working (WoW).
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MCP server/client.
• Background in the public sector, regulated environments, or security-sensitive areas.
• Experience in implementing ML models.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
