About the role At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work in the Service Center and Mail & Cargo department for our client, a well-known company with offices in Solna.

As a central contact point for both customers and internal employees, you make a real difference through your engagement and high service standards. You work independently in a varied and dynamic environment where collaboration, responsibility, and professional interaction are key. You will become part of a small service team that together creates a well-functioning workplace and delivers world-class service to everyone you meet.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and assisting customers and employees
  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Other administrative tasks
  • Mail & cargo handling
  • Supporting internal employees in the Service Center
  • Simple facility maintenance tasks
  • Reporting defects/issues

Who are you? We are looking for a positive and service-oriented person who thrives in a varied role where no two days are alike. You enjoy helping people, take initiative, and have a solution-oriented approach to work. With a professional demeanor and great dedication, you contribute to delivering world-class service. You are structured, detail-oriented, and easily switch between different tasks. You are comfortable working with digital systems and pick up new tools and methods quickly. We prefer that you have experience with administrative tasks and basic IT knowledge.

Requirements for the position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
  • Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)

About the employment

Employment: Fixed-term contract until mid-January 2027
Full-time equivalent: 100% (Full-time)
Start date: Immediately
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00
