About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and structured colleague who wants to play a central role in our team with the planning, execution, and development of our leadership programs and other activities.

In this role, you combine educational administration with the development and production of training to create efficient and inspiring experiences for our employees. You are involved in planning our leadership programs, collaborating with various functions within our organization as well as external suppliers. Administration, production, and coordination of our leadership programs are part of your responsibilities.

You will

• Coordinate and administer leadership training and other programs from planning to evaluation.
• Communicate with participants, managers, and education providers.
• Ensure quality of educational activities according to plan, budget, and set goals.
• Develop and update digital courses and presentations.
• Work practically with digital learning platforms (LMS), AI tools, and educational technology.
• Follow up, analyze, and report on the impact of different educational initiatives.
• Participate in the creation of new educational concepts.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is curious, structured, and self-motivated, with a special interest in digital learning and collaboration with technology.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in educational coordination, course administration, or event planning.
• Experience working with digital platforms, preferably with learning portals and other learning technologies.
• An interest in learning, AI, and finding new ways of working.
• Experience in creating educational materials and pedagogical content.
• Good collaboration and communication skills, with the capacity to handle multiple parallel projects.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious if you also have:

• Experience in leadership training, digital content production, and pedagogy.
• Experience working with AI tools or other technology.
• Understanding of the healthcare sector's educational needs and processes.
