Job Responsibilities

The position aims to strengthen students' goal achievement by offering support in schoolwork and contributing to a calm and structured study environment. The assignment includes both planned support (homework help) and flexible intervention in the pedagogical operations. In the role of study support specialist, you work closely with both students and teachers. You are responsible for homework help in the afternoons and simultaneously serve as an important resource in teaching. The position is varied and suits you who thrive in a dynamic school environment where no day is like the other. You will be part of a work group consisting of various student support functions.

• Lead organized homework help and study support during afternoons
• Work at holiday schools when necessary
• Support students in various subjects and help them develop study techniques
• Participate in teaching as needed
• Support during seminars, presentations, group work, and exam situations
• Work with smaller student groups when classes are divided
• Be a flexible resource who can step in where needs arise

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience working with these types of tasks in schools with high school-aged students. Competence in mathematics is meritorious.
• Easily create contact and build trust with young people.
• Are flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Have good collaboration skills and a professional attitude.
• Are secure and structured.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: Start date: 2026-08-18 or by agreement, end date: 2027-06-10.
