At Nannaskolan, there is a special education group within the FLEX-team for students in need of a more adapted learning environment. There are also plans to eventually develop the operations into a local resource unit, which would mean clearer and more long-term support for students with extensive needs. The work in the FLEX-team is based on small student groups, clear structure, adapted working methods, relationship-building, and a shared responsibility for students' development.

Teaching is based on steering documents and is adapted to the students' needs. The focus is on safety, clear structure, accessible learning, and strengthening both knowledge and self-confidence.

Here, you will meet engaged colleagues, a supportive work climate, and good opportunities for professional development. You will become part of an operation where you can contribute to shaping the support organization of the future and make a real difference for students.

In this role, you work with differentiated teaching and use alternative tools and methods to enable accessible learning for all students. You support students in both their knowledge development and their social and communicative interactions. An important part of the role is also to participate in mapping, follow-up, and documentation of students' knowledge development and support needs. You also participate in the work with extra adjustments and special support together with special needs teachers.

You collaborate continuously with the school's subject teachers to ensure progression and goal fulfillment, and are an active part of the FLEX-team's joint analysis, planning, and development of working methods. The role also includes collaborating with student health services and other professionals regarding the students' entire school situation, as well as maintaining an ongoing dialogue with guardians regarding the student's development.
