Kunskapsskolan Enköping is a primary school for grades 4–9 and currently has approximately 550 students. The school started in 2001, and in 2020 we moved into completely new, state-of-the-art facilities a stone's throw from the railway and bus station. The home economics classroom has 6 kitchens, and teaching takes place in half-classes of 10–12 students. You will have a home economics colleague but will also be part of our wonderful PREST team, consisting of teachers in crafts, visual arts, and music.

We have a digital portal, Kunskapsporten, where there are suggestions for working methods, tasks, and useful links for each subject. All students here have access to their own Chromebook.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified teacher in home economics for grades 6–9. You should be well acquainted with Lgr-22 and formative assessment.

Desirable Qualifications

We would like you to have a few years of teaching experience. Above all, we want you to be good at collaborating with colleagues, students, and guardians, and to be solution-focused.

We place great value on your commitment, your pedagogical competence, and your ability to establish and build good relationships. We want you to be a stable and secure person who can create trust among students.

Terms of Employment

The position is permanent and full-time (100%).
