We are now looking for a preschool teacher with at least 5 years of experience for Gamla Uppsala Preschool, one of Kidz Education's preschools. The preschool is located in a natural setting with access to forests, playgrounds, and good bus connections.

Your Responsibilities
As a preschool teacher, you plan, implement, and evaluate teaching based on the children's needs and prerequisites. You are responsible for pedagogical documentation, development conferences, and working towards the preschool's common goals. Your role includes leading your work team consisting of childcare assistants, where you are expected to delegate and mentor your colleagues. You are also expected to be a good role model for both children and colleagues.

You collaborate closely with other preschool teachers and childcare assistants to develop pedagogical content and learning environments that inspire, challenge, and stimulate children's interest and curiosity. The preschool uses a theme-based approach, working with different theme blocks throughout the school year. You will be part of the preschool's management group together with the principal, deputy principal, and other preschool teachers, where you will jointly plan the daily operations and teaching.

About You
You are a licensed preschool teacher with a drive to advance the development of the preschool. You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, proactive, and act professionally in all situations. You are positive, engaged, aware of goals and guidelines, and possess strong leadership skills. Since we work extensively with language development and pedagogical documentation, your Swedish must be good both orally and in writing. You also have high digital competence.
