Grillby School is a K-6 school with approximately 180 students and around 25 staff members. We are located in the community of Grillby, 16 kilometers from Enköping, with good commuting options from Stockholm, Uppsala, and Västerås. The school operates in a beautiful environment close to nature.

Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and skilled teacher to join our teaching team for grades 2-3. At our small school, closeness, collaboration, and good relationships are a natural part of everyday life. Grades 2-3 consist of three teaching groups where teachers work closely together, share responsibilities, and support each other in daily work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a certified and engaged teacher with qualifications to teach in lower primary school (grades 1-3).

It is clearly visible in your work that you focus on goals and that your work is based on the analysis of results. You have extensive knowledge of how people acquire knowledge under different conditions and can adapt your teaching accordingly.

You are a clear leader who has the ability to build good relationships. You collaborate well with both colleagues and guardians. You have a positive attitude and see opportunities instead of obstacles.

Aside from qualifications, great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Start Date: August 10, 2026. Start date by agreement during August–November.
