We are now looking for a teacher for grades 4–6 at Ardalaskolan. We warmly welcome your application!

The Role

You are responsible for the planning, implementation, follow-up, and development of teaching. Together with your colleagues in grades 4–6, preschool–grade 3, and other staff, you work to create a learning environment where students are given the best possible conditions to develop and achieve their goals.

You are an engaged and confident teacher who wants to create an inclusive learning environment where all students have the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites. You have a positive attitude and are aware of the school's important mission to meet all students, regardless of ability, background, or social and economic conditions.

You are a clear pedagogical leader who builds respectful and trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. Collaboration is a natural part of your working style, and you enjoy working together both within the team and with other staff at the school.

You are creative, proactive, and see opportunities in development work. With a structured approach, you plan, implement, and follow up on teaching with a focus on students' learning and development.

Qualifications

• Licensed teacher with eligibility to teach in grades 4–6.
• Good knowledge of the curriculum and other regulatory documents, as well as the ability to translate these into teaching.
• Ability to plan, implement, follow up, and develop teaching based on students' needs.
• Good ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and guardians.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Terms of Employment

The position is permanent, holiday employment, at 100%. Start date: August 10, 2026, or as agreed.
