The role involves

As a teacher here, you are responsible for planning, implementing, following up, evaluating, and developing teaching together with three colleagues in the same grade. You will become part of a close and collegial collaboration where teaching is developed jointly.

You work in collaboration with colleagues in grades 4–6 and preschool–grade 3, as well as other staff, to create teaching characterized by community, flexibility, and a focus on student learning.

You have a clear awareness that school is for everyone and that the role of a teacher involves meeting everyone regardless of abilities, background, and social/economic opportunities. You see every student's right to succeed based on their own prerequisites. You meet students with different backgrounds, needs, and life situations with an inclusive and professional approach.

You are confident in your role and contribute to good relationships and a positive climate in the organization.

Qualifications

• Authorized teacher, eligible to teach in grades 4–6 of primary school.
• Have a creative ability, think new thoughts, and dare to take initiative.
• Be a confident and clear pedagogical leader.
• Have a good ability to structure, plan, organize, and follow up on pedagogical work based on existing governing documents.
• Have a good ability to create respectful relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

Personal suitability is given great weight.

Employment conditions

The position is permanent, full-time, with holiday service, starting 2026-08-10 or according to agreement.
