About the role

Adecco is currently recruiting Process Operators for our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Brunna, Kungsängen. To meet an identified and growing need for competence, we are seeking candidates for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with the client.

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing processes according to governing and reporting documentation. You will ensure that production and raw material handling comply with current guidelines, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. In this role, you will also contribute to developing a sustainable, eco-friendly, and optimized production process in a high-tech and regulated environment.

The working hours are full-time and involve a 5-shift system, with possibilities for periods of 2-shift work.

This is a full-time position and a consultancy assignment through Adecco.

Responsibilities:

In the role of Process Operator, your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing processes according to governing and reporting documentation
  • Maintaining, cleaning, and handling equipment, materials, and facilities
  • Conducting rounds and documenting them carefully
  • Participating in improvement work and deviation investigations
  • Contributing to the development and creation of governing documents and instructions
  • Monitoring processes via computer systems
  • Performing frequent and precise documentation

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
  • An interest in technology and understanding of systems and software
  • Experience from industry, production, or process industry
  • Experience in monitoring production via systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments
