Mpya Sci & Tech specializes in Life Science and offers consulting assignments with established companies in the Mälardalen region. We are a close-knit company where you are never just a number – here, everyone knows each other and we help each other out.

About the role

As a consultant with us, you work on-site with our clients in assignments where quality and regulatory compliance are central. You become part of our consulting team while simultaneously being part of the client's operations – and we are always there as a support throughout the entire assignment.

Based on your experience and interests, you will be matched with assignments within areas such as:

• Validation and Qualification – process, equipment, and computerized systems (IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV) as well as Cleaning Validation
• Process Development – as a process engineer focusing on process optimization, process technology expertise, process validation, deviation investigation, Change Control, and change management
• Analytical Development – method development, method validation, CMC, tech transfer, and work with advanced instrumentation technicians, such as chromatography and/or bioanalysis
• QA (Quality Assurance) – quality assurance, deviation management, quality documentation according to relevant regulations, and participation in QA projects.

You do not need to have experience in all areas – we match you with assignments that suit your profile, while actively working to help you develop in the areas that drive you.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have an education in chemistry, biotechnology, life science, or equivalent, as well as experience from the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry in one or more of the above areas. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is a prerequisite for the role. You should also have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. Experience working in project-leading and coordinating roles within the above areas is meritorious.

You thrive in environments where structure and quality are important, but where flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to find forward-looking solutions are also required. You are accustomed to working in regulated operations and feel confident taking responsibility, driving your work, and quickly getting up to speed in new contexts. At the same time, you are communicative and build trust through a professional and non-hierarchical approach.
