Your new role
We are now looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants to take responsibility for technical management and property operations within a large property portfolio.
In this role, you will become a key person ensuring safe, sustainable, and cost-effective operations of properties, facilities, and office environments. You will work closely with both the business operations and external suppliers, with great opportunities to influence and develop working methods, processes, and deliveries.
As a Property Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day technical management and ensure that properties are operated efficiently, according to budget and set quality goals. You follow up on deliveries and contracts and drive continuous improvements within property and facility management.
Your main responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily operation of properties and technical systems.
- Ensure functionality and maintenance of heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and security systems.
- Monitor deliveries, costs, and quality within the area of responsibility.
- Create and monitor operating budgets together with suppliers.
- Ensure delivery according to agreed KPIs, OPIs, and service levels.
- Manage and monitor external suppliers and ensure contract compliance.
- Serve as the operational contact person for the business in property-related matters.
- Drive improvement work and develop processes within property management.
- Ensure clear communication and ongoing reporting.

Work model: Solna, Uppsala, or Östhammar with hybrid work options.

To succeed in this role, you need
- Completed upper secondary education. Higher education in property, technology, or construction is meritorious.
- Several years of experience in technical property management and property operations.
- Good knowledge of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and security.
- Experience in supplier management and monitoring.
- Experience in budgeting and cost monitoring.
- Experience in both administrative and technical property management.
- Experience from Facility Management or Real Estate Management.
- Proficiency in working with KPIs, OPIs, and monitoring service levels.
