Do you want to lead one of Sweden's most results-oriented telemarketing teams?

VIASALES is growing rapidly and is now looking for a structured, engaged, and business-driven Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our telemarketing projects.

This is a role for you who has sales experience, understands how a sales organization works, and is driven by developing both people and results. You will work closely with management and have a central role in the daily operations of our telemarketing projects.

About the role

As Project Manager for Telemarketing, you are responsible for the operational management of our sales projects. You ensure that the teams have the right conditions to perform, follow up on key figures, and actively work with coaching, structure, and development.

You will become a key link between the salespeople, team leaders, and management, and have significant influence over the development and results of the projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and develop our telemarketing projects in daily work.
  • Ensure that project goals and KPIs are met.
  • Coach and support team leaders and salespeople towards higher performance.
  • Follow up on sales results and analyze key figures.
  • Plan staffing and ensure the right resources in the projects.
  • Work closely with management to develop working methods, processes, and sales strategies.
  • Act as the contact person for our clients when needed.
  • Create a positive culture where motivation, structure, and results go hand in hand.

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in project management or operational responsibility within sales.
  • Have worked with telemarketing, preferably within telecom or a similar industry.
  • Have experience leading, coaching, or developing sales teams.
  • Are structured and used to working towards clear goals and KPIs.
  • Are analytical and enjoy following up on results.
  • Are communicative, solution-oriented, and unpretentious.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
