Wrknest is currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Project Coordinator position with an international company in the pharmaceutical industry. The client is an established player operating globally in pharmaceutical supply, logistics, and patient programs to ensure access to vital treatments worldwide.
In this role, you will become part of a growing operations team responsible for coordinating complex flows between customers, suppliers, warehouses, transport partners, and internal functions. You will play a central role in ensuring that pharmaceutical deliveries are executed efficiently, with high quality, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your future responsibilitiesAs a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and administering order and delivery flows for international pharmaceutical projects. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality throughout the entire process.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Handling and monitoring customer and supplier orders
Coordinating national and international transport
Creating and administering transport and delivery documentation
Invoice management and control of supplier invoices
Monitoring lead times and delivery status
Handling deviations, complaints, and quality-related issues
Administering and updating project and regulatory registers
Ensuring correct inventory balances for assigned projects
Collaborating with quality functions regarding investigations and improvement measures
Communicating with customers, healthcare providers, suppliers, and logistics partners
Contributing to the development of processes, working methods, and system support
Have at least two years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant work experience
Have experience in transport and distribution management, preferably with temperature-controlled shipments
Have very good command of English, both spoken and written
Have good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated activities within Life Science
Experience from a GxP-regulated environment
Experience with clinical trials or patient programs
Experience with ERP systems
Experience with Smartsheet
Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese
