Technical Property Manager for Consulting Assignment in Stockholm

We are now looking for a Technical Property Manager for an assignment with an established retail chain. The role has an operational focus and involves responsibility for technical operations and management.

You will become a key contact person between the business, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders, contributing to the development of efficient working methods within operations and maintenance. The assignment is for 50% and runs for approximately 3-6 months, starting in early August.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle and follow up on technical operational and maintenance cases.
• Coordinate and follow up on suppliers and service agreements.
• Plan and follow up on preventive maintenance and statutory inspections.
• Participate in budget and cost monitoring.
• Contribute to establishments, renovations, and minor improvement projects.
• Contribute to the development of routines and working methods within technical property management.

We are looking for you who have

Experience in technical property management or property operations, as well as good knowledge of building technical systems. You are accustomed to working with supplier management and have a structured and solution-oriented approach to work. As a person, you are self-motivated, communicative, and thrive in a role with many contact surfaces.

Choose yourself - entrepreneur or employed consultant

Your assignment takes place at the client's company, but you choose whether you want to work as a sub-consultant with your own company or as a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and occupational pension.
