You will become part of an entrepreneurial company within health and dietary supplements, backed by well-respected investors, and are facing a major launch at the end of August. About the role

As a Logistic Coordinator, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the flow of goods from supplier to customer. You will become a central part of the supply chain, focusing on ensuring that deliveries are smooth, cost-effective, and on time.

The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, and customer service, where you act as a key coordinator and problem solver in daily operations. In a startup environment, flexibility, self-drive, and the ability to quickly find solutions when challenges arise are required.

Your main responsibilities:

• Plan and book transports based on price, time, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate deliveries from warehouse to customer
• Receive and register orders in business systems
• Follow up on deliveries and bookings to ensure they arrive on time
• Handle delays, deviations, and problems in the logistics chain
• Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, and internal teams
• Work closely with customer service to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Monitor delivery precision and logistics costs
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to more efficient processes and flows

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and thrives in a role where you take significant responsibility and manage multiple contacts simultaneously. You are solution-oriented, detail-oriented, and enjoy working proactively to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the supply chain.

• Experience within logistics, transport, or supply chain
• Good system proficiency and strong administrative skills
• Detail-oriented, structured, and organized
• Solution-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel
• Communicative and service-oriented approach
• Proactive, responsible, and enjoys driving work forward
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Advantageous with experience from e-commerce and/or fast-growing/entrepreneurial companies
