Responsibilities

• Connect laboratory instruments to the 1Lab system.
• Test and verify new methods to be added to the system.
• Act as support, help users with problems, and perform troubleshooting/problem solving.
• Manage and add new chemicals and preparations to the database.
• Train end-users in the system.
• Collaborate with external contractors as well as global 1Lab administrators.
• Support the harmonization of processes in 1Lab with the company's other sites globally.

Qualifications

We believe you have worked in a lab and understand the logic of a QC operation, but that you are the one in your group who has always thought that LIMS, software, and instrument computers are the most interesting. As a person, you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have the street smarts to find creative ways forward when a system misbehaves.

• Experience with QC operations and quality control.
• High aptitude for, and interest in, computerized systems.
• Very good knowledge of English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Lead the work of connecting laboratory instruments to the LES system.
• Verify, test, and enter new analytical methods into the database.
• Act as a Super-User and be a daily support, helpdesk, and problem solver for lab users.
• Set up and maintain chemicals, preparations, and standards in the system.
• Conduct training for the company's personnel.
• Maintain close dialogue with global system owners and external suppliers to drive the project forward.

It is highly meritorious if you:

• Have previous practical experience with LES systems specifically.
• Are accustomed to working in projects with sharp, time-bound delivery requirements.
