RSI Brand & Styr, part of Svensk Ventilationsservice, is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer in building automation who wants to join our continued growth journey in Stockholm. You will work broadly with PLC/DUC, commissioning, and technical problem-solving in automation projects within commercial properties, from planning to final delivery. The projects include tenant adaptations, renovations, energy efficiency improvements, and technical upgrades.

We are looking for you with experience in building automation, control and regulation technology, as well as programming and commissioning of PLC and DUC systems. Experience with platforms such as Saia, Beckhoff, Bastec, or similar is preferred. Here, you will have a varied role with significant responsibility, close customer interaction, and good opportunities to influence both projects and operations!

Your Responsibilities

You will work broadly within building automation and be involved in both projects and the development of the automation business.

Examples of tasks:

• Programming and commissioning of PLC and DUC systems
• Design of control panels and technical solutions
• Renovation and updating of equipment cabinets
• Project support and coordination in smaller projects
• Dialogue with customers, installers, and suppliers
• Influence technology choices and future working methods
• Support and share knowledge with colleagues in the team

Good to Know

You will be based out of the office in Stockholm and become part of RSI Brand & Styr, which is part of the SVAB Group. The team currently consists of four technicians. You will report to the CEO of RSI Brand & Styr. The business is in an expansion phase with clear growth goals within automation.

The role is broad and will initially be shaped together with the business. This means you will have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and how the automation business is built up going forward. Projects vary between service assignments, renovations, and contracts within commercial properties, municipalities, and residential projects.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience with automation projects
• Worked with programming, commissioning, or configuration of various automation systems
• Experience with manufacturers such as Beckhoff, Saia, Bastec, or similar
• Experience and confidence in dialogues with customers and colleagues
