About the role

Adecco is currently recruiting weighing and process operators for our client in the pharmaceutical industry in Brunna, Kungsängen. To meet an identified and growing need for competence, we are seeking candidates for both ongoing and upcoming assignments with the client.

As a process operator, you will work with crushing and weighing of raw materials, documentation, as well as controlling and monitoring manufacturing processes. You ensure that production and raw material handling are carried out according to current guidelines with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision. The role also involves identifying and correcting deviations and contributing to an efficient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly production process.

The working hours are full-time and include 2-shift patterns, with the possibility of periods of 5-shift work.

The position is a full-time role and a consultancy assignment via Adecco.

Responsibilities:

In the role of process operator, your tasks will include, among others:

  • Crushing, weighing, and replenishing raw materials (physically demanding and repetitive tasks may occur).
  • Documenting production and performed maintenance work.
  • Performing cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workplace.
  • Monitoring operations and production.
  • Troubleshooting and correcting deviations in the process.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Completed upper secondary education (mandatory).
  • Experience in production work.
  • Experience working according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical production.
  • Experience in documentation, troubleshooting, or machine handling.

You have good social skills and collaborate well with others, while also being able to work independently when required. The role involves both physical work and monotonous tasks, which demands endurance and a positive attitude.

Furthermore, you are comfortable working in various computer systems and reading and following instructions and manuals in both Swedish and English.
