We are now looking for a Parts Life Cycle Coordinator for a global industrial company where you will play a central role in ensuring spare part availability throughout the machine's lifecycle. Here you become part of an international context where analysis, collaboration, and a long-term perspective are crucial for creating high operational reliability and an efficient aftermarket.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Parts Life Cycle Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts are available throughout the product's lifespan – from the launch of new machines to the support of older models. The role combines operational work with strategic initiatives and involves close collaboration with internal functions, international markets, and dealers.

You will work with regional support and as a representative of a global expert function within spare parts and logistics. Through analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration, you contribute to improving spare part availability, reducing costs, and creating higher operational reliability for the end customer.

The team works in a data-driven manner and continuously develops working methods and processes related to product launches and the aftermarket.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify critical spare parts and develop recommendations for inventory building.
  • Ensure spare part availability for both new and existing products.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects related to product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with international markets, dealers, and internal specialist functions.
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to develop spare part strategies and improve availability.
  • Contribute to the development of processes within the aftermarket and logistics.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • 2–5 years of experience in a role within logistics, supply chain, aftermarket, or similar operations.
  • A strong interest in technology and enjoyment working in various business and analytical systems.
  • Good understanding of service and spare part flows as well as commercial processes.
  • Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working structured with data.

It is meritorious if you:

  • Have experience from manufacturing industry or the automotive sector.
  • Have an interest in mechanics or technical products.
  • Have experience in international collaborations and cross-functional projects.

We believe you are a person who thrives in a role with many contact surfaces and has an easy time building good collaborations. You have a strong customer focus, are solution-oriented, and are motivated by improving working methods and processes. At the same time, you are analytical and enjoy delving into details when needed, without losing the overall perspective.

ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:

This is a consultancy assignment meaning you will be employed by Friday.
