About the Role

Within our product organization, we work with digital services and hardware-adjacent solutions related to the energy transition. This can include solutions that help customers optimize their energy use, connect technology, data, and business, and create value in an increasingly decentralized energy system.

We are now looking for a Product Specialist in Decentralized Energy Solutions who wants to develop, manage, and improve our products in practice.

About the Role

There may be an opening for you. As a Product Specialist, you play a key role close to the product, the systems, and daily operations. You contribute structured product knowledge and technical support at the intersection of product management, product development, and the operational parts of our organization, as well as occasionally supporting customer dialogues.

This role suits you if you want to understand how the product works in depth and are motivated by making things work in reality, from systems, data, and technical configuration to documentation, working methods, and improvements.

You will work closely with product owners and other colleagues to ensure our products are clear, usable, well-documented, and capable of further development. Contributing to ongoing operational work is part of the role, as is developing more structured working methods for product management and product support in a developing business.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and technical solutions.
• Work operationally with product data, customer information, settings, and configurations in our systems.
• Monitor the product's technical performance and operational quality, identify deviations and improvement needs, and contribute to implementing relevant actions.
• Contribute to requirement setting, prioritization, and improvement work together with product owners and development teams.
• Document functions, processes, use cases, product changes, and technical solutions.
• Ensure that instructions and product documentation are up-to-date, clear, and accessible.
• Support internal teams with training and product knowledge regarding questions related to delivery, operations, support, and sales.
• Contribute to launches, changes, and further development of products and services.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as sales, customer service, operations, delivery, technology, and business development.
• Handle ongoing operational product questions, including collaboration with technical partners and support in delivery and operation-related issues.

Requirements

You don't need to know everything from the start, but you must have a strong drive to understand how things fit together and how they can be improved.

We believe you have:

• An academic education, e.g., a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant work experience from a role close to product, technology, operations, delivery, or product management.
• A good understanding of technical solutions, digital services, data flows, or system-adjacent working methods.
• The ability to work structured with analysis, follow-up, and documentation.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with various functions.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience with

• The energy sector or similar.
• Technical products combining digital services, hardware, data, and customer-facing processes.
• Technical product management, product support, or operational product development.
• System- or data-adjacent work related to customer information, product data, or technical configuration.
• SaaS, IoT, smart homes, charging, batteries, solar energy, or energy management.
• Finnish, as it may be relevant in certain contexts.
