We are looking for you

We are looking for someone who wants to be challenged in complex and socially critical assignments where sprinkler solutions are crucial for creating safe, robust, and sustainable buildings and environments. We are looking for you to contribute your specialized expertise in a project leadership role, where you take responsibility for both technical solutions and customer contact and project management. At the same time, we would like you to have drive, curiosity, and ambitions to grow further – both as a specialist and as a leader. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop into a team leader and be a key person in building and shaping a dedicated sprinkler team in your area – with full support from the unit manager and experienced colleagues based in Malmö.

We envision the following qualities in you:

• You have several years of experience as a sprinkler engineer.
• You have experience in project leadership.
• You thrive in dialogue with customers and have the ability to build relationships.
• You have a drive for business development and ambitions to take on the role of team leader.
• You can express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish and English.

What you will do here

You will become part of our specialist team, Fire Protection Systems, which works on sprinkler solutions in various projects – from healthcare buildings to data centers and everything in between. We are a small team, but we have a big impact. Together with colleagues in other technical areas, we help create safe buildings that benefit both our customers and society at large. Our global organization allows us to gather and apply expertise from around the world in every project. For you, this means collaborating with colleagues, exchanging experiences, and leveraging the global group's combined expertise in your projects.

Our unit, Fire Protection Systems, is currently primarily based in Malmö, and we have ambitions to grow with a team in Stockholm. We already have several colleagues within our organization, Healthcare, and other units within the Buildings business area on site, providing a strong foundation for continued growth. This is where you come in! You will play a key role in establishing and developing our sprinkler operations in Stockholm, while collaborating with some of the industry's sharpest specialists. As a team leader, you will report to and work closely with the unit manager to develop and drive the local operations.

As an experienced sprinkler engineer, project manager, and team leader, you will among other things:

• Drive business development by leading tender work in the region and contributing to building competence around you.
• Lead and drive sprinkler assignments in various projects.
• Design sprinkler solutions and quality-assure the deliveries of other colleagues.
• Be a support and advisor to our clients when making decisions on complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues both nationally and internationally.
