Sigma Industry Smart is now looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Stockholm. This is a role for you who wants to take the next step within Life Science and drive exciting development projects from start to finish.
About the role
As a Project Manager at Sigma Industry Smart, you will play a central role in driving projects related to production, process development, and new equipment within the Life Science sector. You will lead the work from planning and initiation to implementation and follow-up, with a focus on quality, time, and results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, leading, and monitoring projects within process and production environments
- Coordinating internal and external resources and ensuring project goals are met
- Working with change management and driving improvement initiatives
- Responsible for implementing new equipment and scaling up processes
- Identifying risks, tracking deliveries, and ensuring documentation meets current quality requirements
This is a role for you who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and structure – and who is motivated by creating order, efficiency, and results in complex environments.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a university degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Production, or similar fields
- Has 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has good knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

As a Project Manager, you enjoy taking responsibility, creating clarity, and driving projects forward in a methodical way. - Start date: According to agreement
- Location: Stockholm
- Scope: Full-time
- Employment type: Consulting assignment via A-hub for 9 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire to Sigma
