  • Several years of experience in technical maintenance, manufacturing, or equivalent technical operations.
  • Experience working with education in a safety-critical environment.
  • Good knowledge of regulations and legislation related to personnel with safety-related tasks in rail or industry.
  • Experience assessing competence requirements and training content in technical areas (e.g., assembly, pressure contact, safety-critical components).
  • Experience in project management or driving development and change work.
  • Good understanding of pedagogy, learning, and training methodology.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
  • Completed training in traffic and electrical safety is meritorious.
