Here you will step into a project where two school properties have new owners and new premises are to be developed to meet the municipality's operational needs. Your role will be to hold the whole together in the dialogue between the operations and the property owners, ensuring that requirements, quality, economy, and contracts are followed through the entire implementation.

You work in an environment with many stakeholders and issues that affect both operations and society. The role gives you the opportunity to influence important educational environments in a task with great responsibility and many contact surfaces.

• You lead and coordinate the development work related to the two school properties.
• You represent the operational needs in the dialogue with new property owners.
• You drive issues regarding economically efficient implementation and monitor the project's economy.
• You ensure quality in the project and in the implementation from start to finish.
• You monitor contracts and ensure that agreements are put into practice.
• You plan and drive communication to stakeholders such as decision-makers, politicians, citizens, and internal operations.
• You report status, progress, and decision materials to steering groups and other relevant forums.

• You have experience of project management within development/exploitation.
• You have experience of representing operational needs in dialogue with external parties.
• You have worked with economic monitoring in projects.
• You have experience of quality work and contract monitoring during the project implementation.
• You are accustomed to communicating and reporting to steering groups, decision-makers, and other stakeholders.
