About the Role and Responsibilities

In your role, your main focus is to maintain daily operations and ensure stable production. By actively working with preventive maintenance, you minimize the risk of production interruptions, and when challenges arise, you are driven by technical troubleshooting and practical problem-solving. Should a machine breakdown occur, you independently handle basic maintenance on the machines and ensure that all deviations and production data are reported carefully in the company's business and production systems.

Who Are You?

To fit the role, you have completed an industrial or workshop education, or equivalent practical experience in machining and reading technical drawings. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, which is needed for daily documentation. If you also have a forklift license and overhead crane license, we see this as a significant plus. As a person, you are meticulous, punctual, and driven. You have an eye for detail, take great personal responsibility for your work, and thrive in an environment where people help each other and value a good and safe working environment.

Areas of Responsibility

• Maintain and ensure stable and efficient production in daily operations.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving, and handle basic maintenance on machines in the event of breakdowns.
• Work with preventive maintenance to optimize machine park performance and prevent interruptions.
• Report deviations and production data continuously in the company's business and production systems.

Qualifications

Requirements for the position:

• Completed education in industry/workshop technology or equivalent practical experience in machining.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Merits (significant plus):

• Forklift license.
• Overhead crane license.
