About the role

We are now looking for a Technical Lead for EA Technical Service – a key role for you who want to combine technology, business, and leadership.

In the role, you will work closely with our industrial customers and be driving in both service assignments and technical projects. You are responsible for planning, leading, and developing deliveries – from smaller service interventions to larger and more complex automation projects.

The role suits you who have a strong technical background in automation and who want to take the next step towards a more business-oriented and leadership position, where you also help develop the business.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Drive and lead service assignments and technical projects within automation
• Plan, prepare, and follow up on both large and small service interventions
• Work closely with the customer to understand needs and develop technical solutions
• Ensure quality, delivery, and economy in the projects
• Actively work with sales in the aftermarket business
• Identify and develop business through existing and new customer relationships
• Contribute to developing working methods, methods, and offerings within Technical Service
• Support and develop colleagues within technology and delivery

Accountability

• Responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up of projects
• Ensure that deliveries take place according to agreed time, quality, and budget
• Provide technical support both internally and to the customer
• Contribute to developing the business and strengthening customer relationships
• Work proactively with improvements and efficiencies

Competencies

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience within automation (PLC, SCADA, control systems)
• Experience working with service, maintenance, or technical projects within industry
• Ability to calculate, plan, and prepare projects, both smaller service interventions and larger assignments
• A broad and established network within the industry
• Good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good skills in Swedish and English
