As a consultant through Professionals Nord, you will be employed by us for the first 6 months. After that, there is a good opportunity for continued employment with the client company, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

About the role

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will work broadly within supplier accounting and related financial processes. You are responsible for ensuring high quality in operational work while contributing to the improvement and development of processes and systems.

Your main responsibilities

• Be responsible for and develop processes within supplier accounting with a focus on quality and structure
• Ensure correct handling of financial transactions and accounting documentation
• Work with CAPEX-related processes and ensure correct accounting
• Participate in system improvements, upgrades, and changes in financial systems
• Identify and handle deviations and contribute to improved working methods
• Ensure structure, documentation, and compliance with internal routines
• Work with historical corrections and improve data quality
• Be a stable and solution-oriented resource in a high-tempo business

We are looking for you who

We believe you have experience in finance and thrive in a role where precision and structure are important. You take responsibility for your work and have a natural drive to improve and streamline financial processes.

We would like you to have:

• Experience of supplier accounting, accounting, or similar financial work
• Understanding of CAPEX and investment-related financial flows
• Experience of ERP systems and preferably participated in system changes or implementations
• Experience of SAP, Medius, or similar systems is an advantage
