About the Role

At Dundret Gällivare Fjällanläggning AB, you will become an important part of a small and engaged team. The role of Administrator is broad and varied, with responsibilities including administration, reception, kitchen duties, and ski rental. It is a perfect position for you who thrive with many contact points and varied tasks. Your Profile
We are looking for you with a high school education or an education that the employer deems equivalent. To succeed in the role, we see that you have good computer skills. It is meritorious if you have worked in R360m or have previous experience with financial management/invoicing. Good knowledge of Swedish and English (both spoken and written) is important as you will handle systems, texts, emails, and customers.
We see that you have experience in customer service and administration, preferably with a background in booking or rental operations. As a person, you are service-oriented, social, responsible, structured, and have the ability to prioritize and organize your work effectively. You are independent, solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing to both the guests' experience and the team's camaraderie.
A valid B-class driver's license is required.
We offer season passes to our employees.
Working Hours / Duration
Temporary position, 100%. Period: 2026-08-24 – 2028-12-31. Unregulated working hours.
Salary
Monthly salary. Overtime compensation is not provided. We apply individual salary setting – please state your salary expectations in your application.
