Do you want to work as a case handler in a service-oriented role with many contact points? We are now looking for an employee for the Postal and Telecommunications Agency's (PTS) Missing Mail unit in Kiruna. Is that you? The Missing Mail unit handles the country's undeliverable mail, which for some reason cannot be delivered to either the recipient or the sender. PTS's Missing Mail unit in Kiruna handles 200,000 undeliverable letters annually.
Start: August 15, 2026
End: January 15, 2027 with possibility of extension
Scope: Full-time, 8 hours/day
Location: Kiruna
Salary: 26,000 SEK
Job Description
As a case handler, you work with processing, registering, and investigating undeliverable mail, as well as answering calls from the public and postal operators. You answer questions and complaints from citizens regarding postal operators' services and other mail-related issues. A large part of the contacts are handled via telephone. The tasks also involve preparing for and participating in supervisory cases when necessary. Together with colleagues in the unit, you participate in other routine tasks and contribute to cross-departmental work and the agency's joint activities. Work takes place at the agency's office in central Kiruna and is carried out together with other colleagues.

Requirements
