Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter for our client, with a start date in August. The assignment is initially until December with the possibility of extension.
You are accustomed to handling the entire recruitment process independently and preferably have broad experience in both volume recruitment and specialist roles. You will guide managers through the entire process, from creating job profiles and screening to interviews, reference checks, and final hiring decisions.

Responsibilities
- Guide and act as a sounding board for managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop job profiles together with the hiring manager.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in working with multiple systems simultaneously.
