About the Workplace

At the Social Services Administration in Enköping Municipality, we work together to help residents of Enköping who find themselves in difficult and vulnerable life situations in various ways.

We have close leadership and are constantly actively working on the development of the organization. As a foundation for our approach, we have chosen Motivational Interviewing (MI) for those we serve. Part of our leadership structure is that we work in cross-functional teams between departments. Job Responsibilities

The task of the Social Assistance Unit is to investigate, make decisions, and follow up on decided measures within financial assistance. All in accordance with current applicable legislation.

Qualifications

• Academic education within social sciences.
• Social work degree (Social Worker).
• Experience in social work.
• You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. You distinguish between the personal and professional and act in a way adapted to the situation.
• You have empathetic ability and can put yourself in someone else's perspective or situation without taking over the person's feelings.
• You work well with complex issues. You analyze and break down problems into their components and solve complicated problems.

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-09-01 or upon agreement, end date: 2027-08-31.
