About the position
As a Registrar, you belong to the Office and Sustainability unit, which currently consists of 14 employees. Office and Sustainability is a business support function that includes roles for registration, archives, information management, board administration, legal affairs, sustainability, data protection officer, as well as information security and the administration's overarching management system.
As a Registrar, you will become a key person who, together with the Senior Registrar, archivists, and object specialists, works with the authority's information management. We are located in modern and bright premises at Torsplan in Stockholm.
As a Registrar, you are part of the Central Registration function and have overall responsibility for one or more business areas (care branches) together with the Senior Registrar. Together, you ensure that the authority meets the requirements for information management.
The tasks include, among other things, handling the authority's email inbox and registrar phone, registering and diarizing, following up, checking, quality reviewing, and closing cases. SLSO has also started a delivery project where analog documents from before 2021 must be reported and handed over to the Regional Archive by December 31, 2027, and you will be helpful in this work. The size and breadth of the organization mean that large amounts of documents and cases are handled every day. The Registrar function is therefore an important part of the work to create structure, traceability, and legal certainty in information management.
As a Registrar, you work both strategically and operationally by, for example, developing and implementing new routines and working methods in the registration office. The work also includes training and supporting employees in guidelines and regulations regarding public administration.
Qualifications
- Education in social sciences, system/information science, or public administration
- Knowledge of public access and confidentiality as well as the laws and regulations governing information management in public operations
- Documented experience from working in public operations
- Documented experience working as a Registrar
- Documented experience working both strategically and operationally with information management
- Swedish language skills equivalent to C1.
Meritorious
- Experience with board administration
- Experience with the Platina/Edit system
- Documented experience as a trainer/training leader
- Experience with system administration
