The Municipal Consortium for Healthcare and Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is looking for an experienced and engaged Administrative Lawyer with a special focus on administrative law, social services legislation, authority exercise, and adjacent legal areas. Here, you will have a central role in developing and ensuring that the consortium's decisions, routines, and working methods comply with current legislation in a unique context involving both regional and municipal operations. As part of our secretariat, you will play a key role in supporting the operations and the management group in strategic and cross-administrative issues.
The Assignment
As a lawyer, you work with advisory services and qualified legal support for the administration and its operations.
You are a support to the administration's employees and managers and are responsible for drafting, quality assuring, and ensuring decisions, routines, and guidelines.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Providing qualified legal advice within municipal law, administrative law, and social services legislation.
- Supporting case handlers and managers in case preparation, decision-making, and legal investigations.
- Drafting and quality assuring steering documents, agreements, and guidelines.
- Representing the consortium in legal matters and collaborating with external actors.
- Conducting training and information initiatives in relevant areas.
- Contributing to the consortium's work to prevent, detect, and counteract welfare crime.

What You Need to Bring
The role is particularly suitable for you who have good experience in administrative law and enjoy working independently and driving processes.
Requirements:
- Law degree.
- Several years of experience in legal work within the public sector, preferably within municipal and regional operations.
- Good ability to interpret and apply legislation, as well as to express yourself well and clearly in speech and writing.
- Analytical, structured, and confident in the role of legal expert.

About Us
Sjukvård och omsorg i Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The assignment is to meet the residents' needs for healthcare and care. KSON thus has unique conditions to seamlessly meet the residents' needs for effective holistic solutions and is governed by a board with elected officials from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.
KSON has agreements with many providers and also runs healthcare and care in its own name through the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget scope amounts to approximately 4.8 billion SEK, and we currently have approximately 120 employees with mainly purchaser, owner, and authority assignments in the administration.
