We are looking for a resource pedagogue for our department for older children. The role involves being a link between the child and the wider world, while simultaneously providing a sense of security for both guardians and the child.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about equal value for all and who gladly and enthusiastically takes on the task of being close to a child in need of special support. For the role of resource pedagogue with us, you need to:

• keep the child in focus at all times and always prioritize the child's best interests.
• be communicative and able to collaborate with colleagues and guardians.

This position is a "student resource employment" at 75% with an initial contract running until the summer of 2025. The start date will be agreed upon with the employee, but we would prefer that you can start as soon as possible.
