We are now looking for a personal assistant for our client in Enskede, just outside of Stockholm. The position is a temporary hourly employment.

The client we are seeking an assistant for has autism, ADHD, and tics, which means he may experience aggressive emotional outbursts related to his diagnoses.

Candidates with experience of these diagnoses are preferred.

The client is a man in his 30s. Your role as his personal assistant is to provide a safe and stable presence. It is important that you ensure the client's routines and needs are met, as structure and routines are a central part of his daily life.

The client manages most things independently regarding hygiene, dressing, etc., but has a great need for continuous verbal support and reminders to follow his routines. As an assistant, you are a key source of security during leisure activities. Working hours include days, evenings, and awake nights, so you must be flexible and able to work varying schedules.

It is an advantage if you can start an introduction immediately.

The ideal candidate:

• Is a man aged approximately 30–45 years.
• Is a non-smoker.
• Can work varying hours, including days, evenings, and awake nights.
• Has experience with autism, ADHD, tics, low-affective response (low-arousal approach), and non-verbal communication.
• Has a strong work ethic.
• Can step in at short notice if regular staff are sick.
