We are looking for a reliable and dedicated personal assistant

We are looking for a reliable, engaged, and empathetic personal assistant for a woman living with a neurological disease (PLS) that affects her muscle function. The client needs help in her daily life and is now looking for someone who can be her arms and legs.

About the position

The work is varied and involves supporting the client in her daily life. Your duties will include, among other things:

• Mobility and transfers
• Personal hygiene
• Cooking and meal preparation
• Walks together with the client and her dog
• Other household chores

The client communicates via a speech device, which means that as an assistant, you need to have patience and understanding for alternative communication methods.

We are looking for you who:

• Are calm, secure, and empathetic
• Are good at taking instructions
• Are solution-oriented and flexible
• Have good life experience and maturity
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have experience in personal assistance (long-term experience is meritorious)
• Preferably have experience working with people who cannot speak
