We are looking for a companion for a woman in her 20s in Nacka. She has autism, ADD, and a mild intellectual disability.

She is looking for a companion to engage in fun activities with, such as bowling, having coffee, walking, or visiting a gallery.

While we prefer a female candidate, a male candidate is also welcome. The primary preference is that you have an Iranian or Assyrian background, are of a similar age to her, and share some of her interests.

The client is looking for a companion who is outgoing, social, and comfortable in social situations. Having a sense of humor and the ability to lift the mood is appreciated. The client feels most comfortable when you are open and warm in your approach.

Experience with low-affective handling is beneficial, as is working with a constant focus on the client. It is important to act in a stable, consistent, and secure manner, even in emotionally challenging situations.

Flexibility regarding planned working hours is appreciated, as well as being open to changes during meetings depending on what you decide to do. Our client wishes to live her life as flexibly and freely as you hopefully live yours.

The client does not expect the companion to always exceed the scheduled time, but acknowledges that there may be some flexibility on occasional occasions without needing to adjust or reduce the time at the next meeting.

She also prefers that the focus is not primarily on any extra time, but rather on the quality of the interaction itself. This contributes to her feeling that the work is done with engagement and care.

She sometimes struggles with setting boundaries, so clarity is important. We appreciate someone who is good at building relationships and has good people skills. You should maintain a professional approach.

• The assignment covers 14 hours per month (minimum 3 hours per session).
• You and the client plan together when you will meet and for how long.
