Do you want to become a key piece in one of the largest staffing and recruitment companies in the Nordics? We are now looking for dedicated Staffing Coordinators for StudentConsulting's national on-call service, starting this autumn!

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be the hub of the operation. You will be responsible for handling fast-moving situations such as incoming orders and sick leave notifications outside of office hours, and you will be part of our on-call service for both clients and consultants. You will join a wonderful team characterized by forward-thinking, engagement, and constant activity. We are looking for someone interested in working primarily during night shifts, but also during day shifts.

To be considered for this position, you must be available to work at least two shifts per week. We would appreciate it if you could work more during the periods between semesters.

Your duties during on-call hours will include, among other things:

• Close contact with consultants and clients
• Scheduling
• Sick leave management

We would appreciate it if you were available one day per week during daytime to support colleagues in their daily work. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with parts of the recruitment process, including selection and administrative tasks.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The requirements for the position are that you are studying or have another job of at least 50%, and that you have at least three semesters remaining in your studies.

You should have good computer skills and well-developed communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish/English.

You should thrive with flexible working hours that include night and weekend shifts.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you have experience in service work and are not afraid to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. You maintain structure even when the workload is high, and you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Furthermore, we look for someone with a strong interest in people who, with wholehearted engagement, strives to always be a good representative for StudentConsulting. In the team, you are a team player who finds it easy to collaborate with people around you. You have a positive attitude, are not afraid of new tasks, and see opportunities in challenges. We would appreciate it if the applicant has a B-class driver's license.
