About the role

Academic Work is recruiting a Recruiter on behalf of our client for the Västerås/Eskilstuna area. The position is full-time with a start in July, initially until mid-December, with a possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an operational and fast-paced recruitment role, responsible for recruiting for all four of our client's offices in Örebro, Norrköping, Västerås, and Eskilstuna. Travel occurs one day a week to Västerås/Eskilstuna, depending on your base location, as well as to nearby cities for interviews and operational collaboration when needed.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process for sales positions – from screening to signed employment contracts. This includes handling selections, phone interviews, in-depth interviews, assessment of test results, reference checks, background checks, and the administration of employment contracts.

You work in close dialogue with the sales managers but are expected to drive and own the processes independently. We are looking for you who enjoy taking initiative, making your own decisions, and staying ahead of the business's needs. Recruitment happens continuously throughout the year, and your focus will be to proactively ensure there are candidates in the pipeline for upcoming training starts and vacancies.

We are looking for you who

• Have at least one year of work experience in recruitment and driving full recruitment processes from start to finish
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Have completed post-secondary education from a university/college in a relevant field (HR, behavioral science, etc.)

It is an advantage if you:

• Have work experience in volume recruitment, preferably within sales/customer service
• Have experience with search

Our recruitment process

We conduct ongoing selection and will remove the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role, as well as to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
