💼 About the assignment

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will become a strategic and operational partner to the business's managers. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop the organization, leadership, and employees, while ensuring that HR processes and initiatives create business value.

You will support managers throughout the entire employee journey, from competence supply and development to performance, change management, and employment law issues.

🎯 Your main areas of responsibility

• 🤝 Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and leaders.

• 👥 Support in competence planning, recruitment, and talent management.

• 📈 Drive and develop processes within performance management and employee development.

• 🌱 Contribute to strong leadership and a positive corporate culture.

• 🔄 Provide support during organizational changes and change initiatives.

• 📋 Ensure that HR work complies with current legislation and internal guidelines.

📍 We are looking for you who

• Have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.

• Have broad competence in operational and strategic HR work.

• Are accustomed to coaching and supporting managers at different levels.

• Have good knowledge of employment law, competence development, and performance management.

• Are communicative, business-oriented, and have a consultative working style.

• Thrive in an environment where you can combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
